Ripped in 30: Day 1
For the first time in a very long time I worked out until I thought I couldn’t make one more step. No more knee or ankle injuries to hold me back. No more excuses. I am overweight and ever since gaining so much, I have felt exhausted and lacked confidence. I feel like my sugar is out of wack and have to huff and puff just doing normal activity.
