The Biggest Loser – Even Without a Gym!

I watched The Biggest Loser tonight, as I do every Wednesday night. Again, I was amazed at the stamina, the determination, and the sheer will of the participants. Tonight, the participants had to give up their gym and work out at the house. Surprisingly enough, they still lost weight! And they even ate at El Pollo Loco! The Biggest Loser – Going Strong

Last week, I watched The Biggest Loser and was amazed that the weekly weight loss amounts were still so high. Many of the contestants still lost 5 pounds or more. In the “real” world, losing that amount of weight on a consistent weekly basis would lead me to believe someone was starving. However, on The Biggest Loser, the contestants, who live together in the Biggest Loser house, are on a strict eating and exercise plan that is monitored. This made me think two things initially.
