Celebrity Baby Bonanza

Mario Lopez’s wife of about 2 hours (okay, 2 weeks), Ali Landry and her new husband, film director Alejandro Gomez Monteverde are the proud new parents of a baby girl.

According to the couple’s rep, Landry gave birth to daughter Estela on Wednesday. The newborn weighed a healthy 8 lbs., 2 oz. and mom and baby are reportedly “doing great.”

The 33-year-old actress (if you can call starring in a Doritos commercial acting) met her second husband at Bible study. The pair wed last year in Mexico.

Also joining the ranks of new moms is “Good Day L.A.” co-host and former “Skating with Celebrities” ice queen Jillian Barberie. The 40-year-old gave birth to a baby girl on July 6th in Los Angeles.

According to Barberie’s rep, Ruby Raven Reynolds was welcomed into the world a day before her scheduled due date. This is the first child for Barberie and her actor husband Grant Reynolds. Little Ruby reportedly weighed in at 6 lbs., 12 oz.

Barberie says she plans to take three months of maternity leave before returning to her co-hosting duties on “Good Day L.A.”

She’s a fashionista, a fashion designer, and the daughter of that fashionably laid-back “Beatle” Paul McCartney… oh, and did I mention that Stella McCartney is pregnant again. According to British tabloids, the 35-year-old mother to 2 1/2 –year-old Miller and 7-month-old Bailey is expecting her third child with husband Alasdhair Willis in December.

The sporting world is also adding to its clan. According to news reports, tennis champ Kim Clijsters and her fiancé, basketball star Brian Lynch, are expecting their fist child early next year.

Clijsters’s dad, Lei, announced on his website that the 24-year-old tennis ace and Lynch are scheduled to get married this month in her hometown of Bree, in the north of Belgium.

Clijsters, who won the U.S. Open in 2005, became the first Belgian to be ranked No. 1 in the world of tennis. Her fiancé, Lynch, is originally from New Jersey and plays pro basketball in Europe.
