Megastar Demi Moore says her family needs a shot of testosterone. The actress, a mom to three teenage girls, is going public about her desire to have a son.
“I wouldn’t mind a little balancing out of that estrogen,” Moore recently told TV’s “Access Hollywood.”
The 44-year-old actress is mom to daughters Rumer, 18, Scout, 15, and Tallulah, 13, with ex-husband Bruce Willis, but she says she would love to add a male offspring to the clan with current husband Ashton Kutcher.
A few months ago Moore told a Vanity Fair reporter that she “most definitely” wants kids with Kutcher: “Once you hit three, where you’re outnumbered, it’s really like, ‘What’s the difference between [three and] four or five?’ For me, the most important thing that I’ve contributed is my children.”
Moore also denied rumors that she is currently pregnant and commented that when she heard reports that she was with child she wondered if was time to “go on a diet.”
Dennis Quaid’s wife may not be pregnant, but she and her movie star husband are expecting twins later this year—via a surrogate mother.
According to news reports, the actor and his wife are the biological parents of the children.
Quaid is already a dad to his now 15-year-old son, Jack Henry Quaid, whose mother is the actor’s ex-wife, Meg Ryan.
If you think the Quaid’s house is going to be extremely chaotic in a few months, think about how crazy “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” designer Ed Sanders’ home is now that his wife just gave birth to triplets.
According to PEOPLE Magazine, Sanders’s wife gave birth to three healthy daughters on May 5 in Los Angeles: Scarlette, who weighed 3 lbs., 15 oz.; Azure, 3 lbs., 15 oz; and Lucia, 4 lbs., 2 oz.
The couple also have a son, Max who will turn 5 next month.
Joining the dad’s club is “Napoleon Dynamite” star Jon Heder. His wife Kirsten just gave birth to a baby girl. According to the actor’s publicist, the newest Heder, named Evan Jane, is “safe and sound and healthy.” The 29-year-old actor met his wife when they were both students at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
