Don’t believe Ryan Seacrest, Britney Spears is NOT pregnant.
Huh?
If you missed the memo, apparently the “American Idol” host dropped the Britney pregnancy bomb on his Los Angeles radio show Wednesday morning, insisting the news came from a “reliable source.”
Not “reliable” enough for Spears’ camp because now the singer’s manager is blasting Seacrest for sparking a “complete rumor.”
The former derailed popstar is already the mother of two young sons, 3-year-old Sean Preston, and 2-year-old Jayden James, with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
However, Spears’ rep says Britney is not planning to add to her family anytime soon. (Despite the fact that the National Enquirer has repeatedly claimed that Spears and Federline enjoyed frequent “hook-ups” during the pop princess’ latest concert tour.)
Brit’s manager tells PerezHilton.com, “She’s absolutely not pregnant. I have no idea where this ridiculous rumor came from. Ryan has communication with our camp and could have checked this before saying it.”
SNAP!
Another famous 20-something singer setting the record straight on pregnancy rumors is Jennifer Hudson.
The former “American Idol” star turned Oscar winner has laughed off reports that she is set to become a mother.
Earlier this week, Essence magazine alleged the “Dreamgirls” actress/singer was expecting her first child with fiance David Otunga, claiming they had received confirmation “through two sources close to” Hudson.
Hudson’s rep then issued this statement dismissing the pregnancy report: “No, no, no, no way are the rumors true.”
Finally, “Law & Order: SVU” star Mariska Hargitay is not pregnant… yet.
The 44-year-old actress, who is battling back from recent health problems, reveals that she desperately wants to add another child to her brood.
The actress is already mom to a 2-year-old son, but didn’t see much of him during her hospitalization in March when she suffered from a partially collapsed lung.
Hargitay says she is confident that her medical issues are now behind her, and hopes to be able to share baby news in the near future.
