Real or rumor… Welsh singer Charlotte Church plans to give birth in a bathtub?
Yup. That’s REAL!
The 21-year-old just announced that she intends to have a water birth to welcome her first child. Church is due at the end of September, but she says she could “pop” at any moment.
She and her boyfriend (the baby’s father), Gavin Henson do not know the sex of their child, which, according to the singer, makes the birth even more exciting. Church says she was inspired to have a water birth after hearing about how well it worked for her friend. In fact, she recently told reporters that she is tired of being pregnant and can’t wait for the delivery.
Real or rumor… actress Jennifer Garner is pregnant with her second child?
Absolutely, positively RUMOR!
At least that’s what Garner is maintaining. She and husband Ben Affleck are already parents to 20-month-old daughter Violet. But for months now the actress has been dogged by tabloid reports that insist she is with child yet again.
In yesterday’s Boston Globe the 35-year-old actress responded to the persistent pregnancy rumors:
“Do I look pregnant? Is it just because I don’t have the flattest stomach in the world that people keep asking,” Garner asked.
The former “Alias” star told the newspaper that she would appreciate if the paparazzi would quit watching her belly because she and Affleck are not planning to add to their family anytime soon. Rather, Garner says she plans to “work for awhile.” And she’s not wasting anytime resuming her career. Next week, Garner will be jetting off to Japan to start filming a new movie. And she says she is apprehensive about doing so since it will be the first time she will be away from Violet. (Garner says she hasn’t been away from her daughter for more than one night since her birth.)
While the actress is on location Affleck will at home playing Mr. Mom. “He’s ready,” Garner told the newspaper. But, lest you think the other half of Bennifer is doing the daddy thing solo, Garner revealed that Affleck will have the assistance of a nanny on the weekdays — though nights and weekends are all his.
Upon returning from Japan the Garner-Afflecks will reportedly relocate from L.A. to New York where the actress will make her Broadway debut in Cyrano de Bergerac.
