JESSICA ON THE MEND
Just in case you care… singer Jessica Simpson is out of the hospital.
The former reality TV star was reportedly taken to the hospital late Friday after suffering a fever (yes, a fever).
According to reports, the 27-year-old actress was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and was later diagnosed with a kidney infection.
In Touch magazine is reporting that the singer didn’t want to take any chances with her health since she just returned from Iraq where she performed for the troops. (Wonder if she thought she caught a foreign illness from American soldiers?)
And Simpson fans take note, according to hospital spies, the former “Newlywed” was without her current squeeze, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. Rumor has it Simpson’s beefy boy toy wanted to be at her side but he had prior commitments in Dallas. No word on what he’ll have to do to make it up to the blonde beauty.
LOVE’S BABY BUMP
Don’t believe the RUMORS, according to Jennifer Love Hewitt’s rep the “Ghost Whisperer” star is not pregnant.
Man, this girl can’t win for losing.
First, the paps tell her to cover up when she was snapped wearing a bikini in Hawaii. (It was more about what she was showing than what she wasn’t that prompted the jabs from the press.)
Then, when she covered up–-donning loose-fitting baby doll style tops and dresses at a number of recent public events—-she became the target of baby rumors.
When is the press going to leave this poor girl alone?
NKOTB GETS READY TO ROCK NYC
Think of all the Tylenol that will be consumed after this…
As I mentioned in a previous blog the rumors that all five original New Kids on the Block members – Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood and brothers Jordan and Jonathan Knight – will be reuniting are true.
And you can see for yourself how the former mega-popular boy band will look and sound when they appear on NBC’s “Today” show on April 4th.
The “Kids” are now men in their mid-to-late 30s and are just weeks away from celebrating the 20th anniversary of the release of their hit album Hangin’ Tough. The group took its final bow in 1994 after selling more than 50 million albums.
