Cheesy Meatloaf
Meatloaf is a very verstile dish, easily modified to your family’s tastes.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs ground beef
2 cups wheat toast, torn into small pieces
2/3 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup fine chopped onions
2 tbs grated green bell pepper
2 tsp salt
1 Pinch oregano
1 Pinch basic
1 Pinch sage
1 Pinch garlic salt
2 large beaten eggs
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients and mix together well.
2. Transfer mixture into loaf pan and top with ketchup. Bake 1 hour.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 60 minutes
