Cherry Cheese Cake
Cheese and cherries are always a winning combination!
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
1 1/3 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 cup Butter, melted
1/3 cup Sugar
1 lb Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
2 large Eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Pint Sour Cream
2 tbs Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix first three ingredients until well blended. Press into bottom of a spring form pan.
2. For filling, combine eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla in a small bowl. Beat.
3. Add cream cheese a little at a time until well blended.
4. Spread over crust and bake 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool.
5. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over cooled cake.
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 45 minutes
