Creamy Broccoli Casserole
A easy casserole that makes a nice presentation.
INGREDIENTS:
20 oz frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup firm butter
1 cup water
1 cup chopped cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Bisquick
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat water and salt to boiling. Add broccoli and heat to boiling. Cook 12-14 minutes until tender. Drain.
2. Place broccoli in casserole dish. Heat oven to 400.
3. Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth, pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Mix Bisquick and butter until crumbly, sprinkle over cheese.
5. Bake until crumbs are light brown approximately 20-25 minutes.

Cook: 40 minutes
