You just drove by McDonalds on the way to the grocery store and your diet is in serious jeopardy. What to do? Grab the ingredients for this dish and make it for dinner. It will satisfy your fast food cravings and won’t derail your diet. This dish is 5.5 Weight Watchers points per serving.

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup low fat buttermilk
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 pinch black pepper to taste
4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cup cornflakes, crushed

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix together buttermilk, garlic salt, garlic and black pepper.
2. Dip chicken breasts in mixture and roll in corn flakes.
3. Bake on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 350ยบ for 25 to 35 minutes.
