My Dieting Journey
My diet and fitness journey started a little over three years ago when I made a conscious effort to get healthy. I will admit, my impending health problems helped to prompt this newfound effort and I went at it in full swing. With determination and perseverance, I dieted and exercised faithfully for about 2 hours each and every day. I cut myself no slack and even one day a week without exercise was out of the question for me. I had made up my mind that I would become healthier and nothing would stand in my way. The pounds began to disappear and I was elated. I started on the treadmill and since that time have practiced just about every form of exercise noted to humanity. When I tired of one activity, I would switch to another.
I Found Something New!
One of my newest adventures has been that of rebounding. Rebounding is a form of jogging on a mini-trampoline. Not only is it fun, but beneficial to your health, as it eliminates the strain on your joints, which is especially helpful to those who have arthritis. Arthritis sufferers who experience pain with exercising can rebound without the strain of a hard surface. It can be done indoors so there are no excuses. I just pop in some music and away I go. Within minutes, I feel energized and before I know it, 30 minutes have passed. Moving all of your body parts at one time, this is a highly recommended type of exercise due to its gravity usage. JB Berns Urban Rebounding is a bestseller and he has helped millions of people through this popular form of exercise. With over 20 years of martial arts under his belt, JB is known as one of the top personal trainers in the country. Upon examination of his program, you will soon see why. Dieting, along with rebounding helped me to shed unwanted weight fast.
