Disney’s The Week in Review – September 16-22

Our week in Disney’s (Unofficial) Blog was a bit brief, but we did manage to cover a few interesting stories.

Monday, September 18

The Santa Claus 3: The Escape Clause is due to open on November 5th and it’s the third film in the Disney franchise that began back in 1994. These family fun movies are a real treat at our house and we’re looking forward to the continuing adventures of Scott, Charlie and the rest of the North Pole gang.

Tuesday, September 19

We discussed a review of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – A Review and why you should stay at the Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is considered one of the deluxe resorts and it’s actually located the furthest from all the theme parks save for the Animal Kingdom itself. The Lodge offers Savannah view rooms that look out over part of the Animal Kingdom’s savannah. We talked about the rooms, the view and the hidden Mickeys.

Wednesday, September 20

P is for Pirate talked about International Talk Like a Pirate Day and the announcement of the coming release date for the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest on DVD.

Thursday, September 21

Are you ready for a Jungle Cruise? Disney is making another attraction based feature film to follow in the footsteps of the Pirates of the Caribbean, the Haunted Mansion, the Country Bears and more.

Friday, September 22
The Grand Floridian – Why Should You Stay There talked about the deluxe Disney Resort, the Grand Floridian and what makes it a wonderful opportunity for Disney visitors to stay at. My husband I stayed there during our honeymoon and I look forward to our next opportunity.
