In my post on hybrid homeschooling, I talked about combining homeschooling with distance learning or local classes. Here is the list of Distance Learning Programs you can use.

Accelerated Christian Education ACE is a full homeschool curriculum within itself. They provide an online-accelerated Christian curriculum and support distance-learning program. Using this program with the assistance of some of the other “hand on programs” like ABBA and Accelerated Learning costs between $227-$339 a year.
Accelerated Learning System’s Home School Academy (Also called Bridgeway Homeschool Academy) helps you to homeschool utilizing the ACE program curriculum. They provide a customized, individualized program and personal attention to each student. This program is recommended for use by professional performing and athlete children. Registration for this program is $145.00 -$195.00 per year, and tuition costs $800.00 to 1400.00 per year.
By giving this list of distance learning programs, I am not necessarily advocating any of them, just making you aware that they exist. You will also want to look at my curriculum glossary.
