Easy Shrimp Fried Rice
So good, you’ll be making this once a week!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups chilled cooked rice
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 lb shrimp, thawed, peeled, and devained
1/4 cup o live oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry shrimp until pink. Set aside when done.
2. Melt butter in skillet, add yellow onion, saute.
3. Add green onion and soy sauce. Mix in rice and make sure its evenly coated.
4. Stir in shrimp and fry until steamy hot.
5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
