Carnival has another deal for travelers wanting to depart from the West Coast. Right now a roundtrip Labor Day weekend cruise (4-nights total) from San Diego down the Baja Peninsula is priced at just $379 (a 55% discount off rack rates). Your trip, which departs on August 28, 2008, will take you to Cabo San Lucas and includes 2 full days at sea.
Royal Caribbean is also offering a terrific deal on a three-night sail to Mexico. The voyage departs roundtrip from Los Angeles on August 29, 2008 and heads to Ensenada. The ship cruises from Bahía de Todos Santos (All Saints Bay) back up the Baja California coast on the third day. Oceanview rooms are priced at $399.
