Don’t hesitate to draw on your experiences and relate them to your home business. So, you’ve never run a Fortune 500 company before? Well, alright, but you have balanced a household budget, coordinated the city-wide Girl Scout cookie sale, supervised a department of 8 people at a former job–and on an on . Tap into your history and you’ll see that you have plenty of valuable experience and it can all influence what you are doing now to build your home-based business.
Additionally, with each challenge you face in your own business, you are building even more experience to draw on. Even if it seems overwhelming and daunting as you face the new hurdles, each time you get through something, you’ve added valuable experience to your “experience bank” to draw on as the next challenges come your way.
