Fish and Broccoli
Flounder stuffed with broccoli and served with a creamy sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
1 box frozen broccoli florettes
4 fillets flounder
1 can Cream of celery soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Steam broccoli until tender.
2. Roll filet of fish around cooked broccoli and stick with a toothpick.
3. Bake in baking dish for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
5. Mix Cream of Celery soup with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour mixture over fish and bake for another 15 minutes.
