Fitness For Brides

In honor of the Going to the Chapel month over in the Marriage blog, I have been doing some exploring out there to find what I can find to help out brides to be meet their fitness goals in time for their wedding.

One such place I found was entitled, appropriately enough, FAST Fitness for Brides. It’s an email course that is offered to help brides develop a fitness regimen to achieve their goals by the day of their wedding.

Sign-up for the course is free, just enter your name and an email address. The first lesson is delivered straight to your mailbox. The course offers to teach you:

  • How to increase your metabolism
  • How to reduce stress
  • How to eat right while running on empty
  • How to tighten and firm up trouble spots
  • How often you eat is more important than what you eat

The first lesson introduces you to making a timeline of your day in order to chart your personal fitness and nutritional habits and needs. This will help you put the rest of the course into action. So if you’re a bride, a bride to be or know someone who is — this might be a great opportunity to explore – plus it’s free!
