Fitness Magazine’s You Can Do It Challenge

In the September issue of Fitness magazine there is a great two-month fitness challenge called You Can Do It. If you don’t receive this magazine by subscription, you should check it out at your local magazine stand. Also, you may very well need to create a login at Fitness Magazine in order to access these features.

How Does It Work?

According to the magazine the challenge requires you to first select your goals. They offer seven for you to choose from:

  • Feel Strong & Energized
  • Ramp Up Your Routine
  • Lose Weight
  • Eat Healthier
  • Cultivate Confidence
  • Take Back Your Life
  • Boost Your Mood

Once you have picked your goal, they have a color-coded guide to help you achieve it.

The Next Step

Once you’ve decided on a goal, you should log on. If you have trouble figuring out your goal, you can check out the quiz on the Fitness Magazine site in order to determine what your goal is. You can log in and then take the You Can Do It Makeover pledge and you will receive free weekly email reminders and more guides for each program.

You can also check out the makeover program in the magazine as well as receiving a free 60-day pass to Bally Total Fitness. You can check it all out at www.fitnessmagazine.com/ycdi.

I’m Signing Up

I’m all signed up for the challenge. I’ll be posting my experience and results here. There are also a lot of prizes that will be awarded between August 8 through September 26. This is a great idea for anyone looking to boost their fitness levels or trying to get him or herself back on the fitness track.

Will you sign up?
