Fitness – The Easier Choice focuses on the fact that fitness may be the easier choice, but we don’t always perceive it that way. But making fitness your choice is the way to go. Looking for something fun to do with the family or with your spouse? Check out Tennis for Two? Or Four?
In, 11,000 Steps A Day we tackled the idea that Moms and Dads may be doing their 10K a day, but what about the kids? Kids benefit from extra steps in a day as much as their parents do. While I think the constant pounding the media has focused on overweight kids (because hey, we had overweight kids when I was growing up and a lot of that pudge melted when they hit the end of high school. But I acknowledge medical concerns, so if you’re concerned, this is a good idea to keep in mind.
