Free 8×10 Of Baby

I know I said yesterday that today’s blog would be about whether you need to replace your child’s car seat after a car accident, but I discovered a deal that I had to share with you, and it’s only valid today.

I know that many parents take their children to get their pictures taken professionally. This usually happens at three months, six months, nine months, one year, and every subsequent birthday.

I’ve never taken my daughter to get her picture taken professionally. I’m not sure why, but it probably is a combination of a few things. It could be the cost involved. It could be the stress of getting her up, dressed, and ready for an appointment. It also could be the fact that I’m doubtful a stranger can get her to smile as sweetly as I can.

With all the photo editing programs out there, I think I can get a pretty good looking picture of her myself. I know what makes her smile, which outfits are cute, and what backgrounds she looks good against. About the only feature missing is all the adorable props found at a professional photographer’s studio.

But, I digress. You all want to hear about the amazing deal I found.

Today at Walgreens, when you order your prints online, you can get a free 8×10 picture.

I know what you are thinking, and nope, there’s no catch. No purchase necessary, no sales tax, nothing – just a free picture!

For a mom like me, who takes all of her child’s pictures herself, this is awesome. An 8×10 is usually at least $3.00 or $4.00. Since I never get her pictures taken professionally, it’s easy to forget to order bigger sizes of her cutest pictures.

If you took pictures of your family over the holidays, this is also a nice way to make a big print to frame in your house.

What’s even better is you can do all of the editing and cropping online, then send the order to Walgreens to pick up later or pay a small shipping fee to have it send to your house. I don’t know about you, but the idea of editing my photo at the little kiosk in Walgreens while holding a baby is not at all appealing.

Anyways, get on your computer, find your cutest baby or family picture, and upload it to Walgreens’ website. Once you get to your shopping cart, type in the coupon code “FREEPHOTO,” and enjoy your free 8×10!

BabyLed is the married mother of one beautiful daughter. She and her family live in the Midwest of the United States. BabyLed loves learning new ways for her family to be healthy and happy. She is a strong believer in attachment parenting, cooking from scratch, and alternative medicine (but is very thankful for conventional medicine when it is needed.). She would much rather avoid illness by living a healthy lifestyle than treat an illness after it has arrived. BabyLed loves reading, cooking, nature, and good old celebrity gossip. BabyLed graduated from college with a degree in Elementary Education. After teaching preschool for two years, she quit her job to be a fulltime mommy to her infant daughter. Being one of those "paranoid, first-time mothers" has led to her reading many books and articles on parenting and children. Although she has been around children her entire life, the birth of her daughter gave her a whole new perspective on what children are all about.
