I love the new CVS extra value book for December 2007 (which you can pick up in store). I just posted about the FREE Oasis moisturizing mouthwash. Right next to that great deal, on the very back page, is another fun deal for Extreme Energy 6-Hour Shot. It’s a 2-pack, each bottle holding 4 oz. No, I’ve never heard of Extreme Energy 6-Hour Shot. But, it’s free. So am I going to buy it? OF COURSE!

Well, I already get that kind of kick from CVS shopping alone, but I’ll just buy the stuff and give it to somebody else who doesn’t have a CVS addiction like myself.
As far as I’m aware, there are no coupons out for this exciting new drink, so the deal maximizing is pretty simple. You just buy the 2-pack, for $4.99, and out will pop your new little Extra Buck for $4.99 at the end of your receipt. This deal, like the Oasis, is a limit of 5 per card number, so you can just buy them one right after the other, using the EB from the previous purchase for each succeeding one. Feel the Rush!
This deal is good from 12/1/07 through 12/31/07. For the limit of five, you may purchase all five in one visit, or in one day, or spread out throughout the whole month, whichever you prefer. If you do purchase all five in one transaction, however, please be aware that you will receive one large EB of 24.95, rather than five individual EB of 4.99 each. In that case, you would need to then spend the 24.95 all in one transaction sometime before it expires (in about a month.) If you don’t use it, you lose it. But $24.95 shouldn’t be difficult to spend with the holidays fast approaching anyways. You could buy gifts, or wait until the day after Christmas and stock up on clearanced items or candy.
