Some of these apps are kid-friendly, and some are variations on classic games. Here are some free Valentine’s Day apps for Android that you can play with this year.
2013 Valentine’s Day Hidden Objects is a free app for Android devices. The app was released on January 23, 2013. It features several simple “find the hidden object” puzzles that are kid-friendly. The backgrounds that you have to search through to find the objects are all themed for Valentine’s Day.
Love WallPaper is a free Android app that was released on January 15, 2013. It has 9 different animated backgrounds, all of which contain floating hearts. You can configure the scrolling speed. The hearts pop, and there are particle effects.
Valentine’s Day Gift Stacker is another free app for Android. It was released on February 3, 2013. This is a simple, Valentine’s Day themed, game. You start out with a little teddy bear. Hearts, chocolate hearts, and chocolate dipped strawberries fall from the top of the screen. How many can you stack on the head of the bear?
Valentine’s Day Wallpapers is another free app for Android. This one was released January 21, 2013. It has 35 different Valentine’s Day images that you can use as wallpaper. You can zoom in or zoom out on the images. The images can also act as a screensaver.
Falling Valentine Hearts is a free app for Android. It was released January 18, 2012. This one sprinkles little red hearts across everything you view in your phone. The hearts delicately fall from the top to the bottom. You can configure the size, number, and the speed of the falling hearts.
Valentine Day Games is also a free app for Android. It was released January 4, 2013. The app has five different classic games that are given a Valentine’s Day theme.
The Memory Game has 40 stages and requires you to find pairs of Valentine-related images. The Jigsaw Puzzle has 60 stages, each with a Valentine image. The Shape Puzzle has 100 levels and gives encouragement. There is also a Connect the Dots game and a Scratch “game” that reveals a Valentine’s Day image.
