French Toast
A classic, a winner, always welcomed!
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz egg substitute
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbs margarine
10 slices white bread
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a shallow bowl, combine egg substitute, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
2. In a non-stick skillet, over medium heat, melt two tsp margarine.
3. Dip bread in egg beaters mixture to coat both sides. Transfer to skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
4. Repeat with remaining margarine and bread.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
