Funny Baby – Friday Baby Funnies

As parents, it’s important that we learn to laugh and that we enjoy ourselves. There are days when what we do may seem thankless and there are others when what we do seems boundless. Humor keeps us going through the hard times and gives us a boost when we need it most. So here are a few baby funnies to brighten your Friday and give you a boost:

Daddy Tales
A first-time father was taking a turn at feeding the baby some strained peas. Naturally, there were traces of the food everywhere, especially on the infant.

His wife comes in, looks at the infant, then at her husband staring into space, then says, “What in the world are you doing?”

He replied, “I’m waiting for the first coat to dry, so I can put on another.”

How do Parents Dress?

  • With baby number 1, you start wearing your maternity clothes as soon as your confirmed pregnant by the OB/GYN
  • With baby number 2, you wear your regular clothes for as long as possible
  • With baby number 3, your maternity clothes are your regular clothes

How do Parents Dress Their Babies

  • With baby number 1 – you color-coordinate and pre-wash every stitch of clothing and fold them neatly into the bureau and setting them up so that you can pull out the coordinated clothes each time
  • With baby number 2 – you check to make sure the clothes are clean and get rid of the ones with all the dark stains
  • With baby number 3 – when they’re really tiny, it won’t bother you to let the boys wear pink

Concerns & Hygiene

  • With baby number 1 – when the pacifier hits the floor, you put it away until it can be washed and sanitized at home, you keep two or three sterile extras in your backpack
  • With baby number 2 – when the pacifier hits the floor, you clean it off with some water from a tap or with something from the baby’s bottle and give it back
  • With baby number 3 – when the pacifier hits the floor, you wipe it off with your shirt and give it back to them

Babysitters & Caregivers

  • With baby number 1 – you call home five or six times every time you leave your baby with a sitter or caregiver
  • With baby number 2 – you make sure that your numbers are posted where you can be reached before you leave
  • With baby number 3 – you tell the baby sitter or caregiver not to call unless blood is involved

Have a happy Friday!
