Garlic Parmesan Crisps
A great homemade dipper!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 tsp garlic salt
4 large pita bread
3 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp dried basil
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a small bowl, mix butter and garlic salt until well blended. Split each pita in half to make two rounds.
2. Spread each with butter mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil.
3. Cut each round into 6 wedges; place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until crisp.
