The “Land of &” promotion is something new that HomeTown Buffet is doing. If you haven’t seen this commercial yet, and want to, you can watch a video of it on their website. I find it amusing. Basically, HomeTown Buffet is trying to emphasize that you get a lot of variety, and a lot of choice, about what to eat for dinner when you visit their buffet. You don’t have to limit yourself to one kind of food. The commercial is done in the style of the “Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” movies. A guy in a purple top hat and coat leads a family to the magical world of HomeTown Buffet.
My husband and I enjoy HomeTown Buffet, in part, because of the variety of foods they offer. There are many foods he likes that I cannot eat due to my allergies, and there are plenty of foods that I like to eat that he just doesn’t like. We tend to visit when we have a coupon that we can use to save some money on our dinner.
Right now, HomeTown Buffet has a coupon that will save you $3.00 off the price of one adult dinner when you purchase a drink. This coupon can be used for up to two people. Both people must be adults, and both must buy a drink as well as an adult dinner. This will not save you money on the cost of a child’s dinner, but, can make a trip to HomeTown Buffet a little less expensive for mom and dad.
To get this coupon, you need to get on Facebook. After you log in, type “HomeTown Buffet” into the Facebook search engine. This will bring you to the HomeTown Buffet Facebook fan page. Next, click on the tab at the top of their page that says “The Land of &”. Now, you will be able to see a coupon. You must print out this coupon and bring it with you when you visit HomeTown Buffet. This deal ends October 14, 2010.
