Is your child crazy for the GoGos Crazy Bones toys? These colorful, collectible, little toys have become quite popular. If your kid cannot get enough of Crazy Bones, then you will want to stop by your local Walgreens on Saturday, April 9, 2011. That is the day that Walgreens stores will be giving away free Crazy Bones toys.
Walgreens is primarily a drug store, where you can get a prescription filled and pick up some cough medicine and kleenex when someone in your family has a cold. In addition to the pharmacy section, Walgreens also sells a wide variety of other products. They have sections that contain things that babies need, a makeup and beauty section, and even some grocery items. This is a good place to go to pick up some holiday related items that are brand new, or are on clearance after the holiday has passed by.
The section of Walgreens that your child probably is most interested in would be the aisle that has toys. Usually, you will find toys that are small, and that appeal to younger children. One of the types of toys that Walgreens sells is called GoGos Crazy Bones. Walgreens will be giving away one free Crazy Bones toy to customers who come in to a Walgreens store on Saturday, April 9, 2011.
They will only be doing the giveaway on that one particular day. The offer is good while supplies last, so you may want to arrive at your local Walgreens store early that morning. Depending on how popular Crazy Bones are with the children in your area, it’s possible that some stores will run out of the free giveaways by noon.
I found this deal on Facebook, when it appeared as an ad at the side of the page. I’d never heard of Crazy Bones before. It turns out that Crazy Bones are small, colorful, collectible, game pieces. To play the traditional version of the Crazy Bones game, you need to throw these little game pieces into the air. The way that each piece lands determines how many points that player gets. If it stands on its feet, you get five points. If it lands on it’s side, that is worth two points. If it lands face up, that gives the player one point. Pieces that land face down are worth zero points. When it is your turn, you throw several of these game pieces into the air at the same time. This is just one of many different ways to play with Crazy Bones.
