Get Creative With Your Memories

How many photos did you snap of your Valentine’s Day celebration?

Snap-happy parents likely have dozens of pictures of their little sweethearts bouncing off the walls after ingesting hardy helpings of chocolate hearts. In addition, there are probably many couples, who took advantage of the holiday to seal the deal on their relationship, or at least make the next step from dating to engagement.

So, what should you do with all those amazing memories?

You could display them in a digital frame, keep them in your phone for eternity, print them out and add them to a scrapbook, or select your favorites and create a colorful collage.

I’m a huge advocate of the latter.

I love compiling photos with a common theme, editing them and crafting collages to hang on the walls of my home or present them as gifts to others.

I used to do the entire process by hand, but since investing in photo-editing software, I now make all of my picture collages on my computer. If you don’t own photo-editing software don’t think you are out of the game. Fortunately, there are several reputable websites that allow you to access collage-making software at no cost, such as PictureCollagesSoftware.com and Picture2Life.com.

Before you select a site to create your collage, you’ll want to check their services first. Make sure there are no hidden fees connected with making a collage. In addition, if you are beginner collage-maker, be sure the site is easy to navigate. At PictureCollagesSoftware.com you can choose from hundreds of pre-designed photo collage templates. The samples take the guesswork out of collage design. However, I would not suggest that you use them exclusively. The site also gives you the option to craft your own collage from scratch and offers simple step-by-step instructions on how to do so. You can also read tips on how to apply image frames, masks, drop shadows and other effects to your photos.
