It is not unusual for people who have to eat gluten-free to feel very alone in this world. Very few restaurants serve food in a way that is safe for us to eat. You might not know anyone else who has to avoid gluten. In reality, you are not alone! There are some excellent gluten-free blogs to explore.
There are days when I feel as though there is nothing in this world that is safe for me to eat. It is easy to feel quite alone as you look over a menu at a new restaurant, only to discover that everything they serve is going to cause you to have an allergic reaction. It can also be a bit of a challenge to figure out how to adapt the recipes that you used to enjoy, before you discovered that you needed to eat gluten-free, into something that will be safe for you to eat now. Fortunately, there are some great gluten-free blogs out there that can give you some answers, suggestions, and maybe even a little bit of hope.
