Good Week/Bad Week Celebrity Roundup

For some celebs, it has been a really good week. For other celebs, not so much.

It seems to have been a good week for Jesse James. Earlier this year, James was considered by many to be one of the most hated men in America for cheating on Sandra Bullock. Yet this week, he stepped out with a new woman – tattoo artist Kat Von D. The two were seen at dinner in Las Vegas last Thursday and Von D reportedly admitted on Twitter that the two were dating. She told Kevin & Bean on their LA radio talk show, “Just because I have tattoos doesn’t mean, ‘Oh, you guys are a perfect match.’” Still judging from the other women James has taken up other than Sandra…

It was a bad week for Michael Douglas. We learned this week that the 65-year-old actor has a tumor in his throat that will require radiation and chemotherapy. Still, Douglas told PEOPLE that he is optimistic and expects to make a full recovery.

It was a good week for Neil Patrick Harris. He announced that he and long time partner David Burtka are expecting twins this fall. Harris, who currently stars in “How I Met Your Mother,” has been dating Burtka since 2004. The couple is using a surrogate mom according to some reports, rather than adopting Harris says the couple is “super excited/nervous/thrilled.” Welcome to parenthood Neil Patrick!

It was a bad week for singer Erykah Badu as she had to pay a $500 fine and serve six months of probation after stripping during a music video shoot. The problem was she performed a walking striptease at Dealey Plaza. So in other words, it was in public – the site where JFK was shot in 1963. And she fell to the ground after the striptease, as if she had been shot. Erykah, is nothing sacred?
