Grilled Margarita Chicken
Serve with mexican rice, margarita pie and a couple of margaritas to drink too!
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup margarita mix, liquid
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbs triple sec
4 halves skinless chicken breast
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients except chicken until blended.
2. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade.
3. Put in gallon bag and add chicken.
4. Marinate 3-4 hours in refrigerator.
5. Grill chicken about 10 minutes each side (until juices run clear), brushing liberally with reserved marinade.

Cook: 20 minutes
