The Bridesmaid Dress Costume Ideas

Everyone has an old bridesmaid dress laying around, don’t they? If you don’t, you can always pick one up for a dollar or two at the Goodwill thrift store.

An old bridesmaid dress can be turned into a number of different ideas. It can be as innocent as a princess costume or as cary as a bloody prom victim.

Add a sash to become Miss America. Add cardboard wings to turn the bridesmaid dress into a fairy costume. If the dress happens to be red, it can serve as a devil costume. Separate the bottom and top halves of the dress and create a belly dancer costume.

Creating a great Halloween costume doesn’t have to cost much if anything at all, as the above ideas prove. Get creative and have a great time!
