You can always find a great deal at the Dollar Store! The one nearest you might be named Dollar Tree or Dollar Deal or something else, but I think most people just think of them as “the dollar store”. Right now, most of them have holiday related items in stock, which makes it a great time for you to pick up some inexpensive decorative items.
This week is the last week to get Halloween supplies from Dollar Tree if you shop from their website. They have a wide selection of Halloween decorations, Halloween party supplies, and even masks and costumes.
If you are planning on throwing a Halloween party for your child, this is a great place to shop! They have whimsical halloween decorated paper plates, napkins, and paper cups. Get a case of 36 plates for $36.00, a case of 48 napkins for $48.00, or a case of 40 paper cups for $40.00. They are very cute, and have pictures of cartoon ghosts, witches, and jack-o-lanterns. Need a lot of ice for your party? Get a case of 48 Halloween ice cube trays. Make ice shaped like a pumpkin or a skull! It costs $48.00 for 48 trays. If you are looking for just one ice cube tray, or a smaller quantity of party supplies, you will need to stop into your local Dollar Tree and pick up a few. The website only sells items by the case.
Are you a person who cannot wait for Christmas to come? Dollar Tree has Christmas items that you can find in their stores, not far from their Halloween items, and also on their website. Those of you with large families can find an excellent deal on wrapping paper. It costs $60.00 for sixty units of gift wrap. Choose from a “Charlie Brown & Friends” theme, a “Mickey, Pooh, and Friends” theme, a “Whimsical Christmas” theme, a theme of “Santa Scenes”, or get some “Sentimental” gift wrap. You can also get tissue paper and decorated bags. You should have enough left over so you won’t have to buy more next year.
While some people may hesitate to by certain things from a dollar store, (such as batteries, cosmetics, or food), it’s always nice to get a good deal on holiday decorations. After all, party supplies and gift wrap are going to cost you a whole lot more if you get them from other retails stores.
