She’s used to getting paid to make people laugh, but now the joke’s on her.
Wanda Sykes says her new twins are getting the last laugh now that they are home and turning her life upside down.
Sykes and her wife, Alex, welcomed twins on April 27th, according to PEOPLE magazine.
Daughter Olivia Lou weighed in at 6 lbs., 7 oz., and was 19-inches long, while son Lucas Claude debuted at 7 lbs., 9 oz., and was 20-inches long.
The comedian’s wife gave birth to the babies, and is reportedly recuperating “very nicely” following the extended labor and delivery.
Sykes, who stars on “New Adventures of Old Christine,” and Alex, were married last October.
Another actress adding to the family is Chyler Leigh. The “Grey’s Anatomy” star recently gave birth to her third child.
Leigh and her husband, actor Nathan West, welcomed their daughter Anniston Kae just seven days after Leigh wrapped filming on “Grey’s” fifth season.
Leigh’s rep reports that Anniston weighed 7 lbs., 1 oz. at birth and joins siblings Noah Wilde, 5, and Taelyn Leigh, 2.
Leigh and West have been married for seven years.

The actress told TV’s “Entertainment Tonight” that she and her partner, director Paul Thomas Anderson, are adding the their family, though they are still unsure of the baby’s gender.

The 35-year-old “Project Runway” host and Seal were married in 2005. Together, they have two sons – Henry Gunther, 3, and Johan Riley, 2. Klum also has a daughter Leni, 5, from her previous relationship with Flavio Briatore.
