Tinseltown is teeming with celebrity newborns. A little late for Mother’s Day, but just in time for Father’s Day these star babies will surely be treated like Hollywood royalty:
It was quite a weekend for “Save the Last Dance” actor Sean Patrick Thomas and his wife Aonika. The couple welcomed a daughter into the world just three days ago. According to the actor’s rep, Lola Jolie was born on Friday and weighed in at exactly 7 lbs.
“Now I have two gorgeous girls to love,” Thomas told PEOPLE magazine.
And he’s not the only one.
Jerry Solomon made a similar remark shortly after his new daughter Nicole Elizabeth was born last week.
Solomon is married to Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan and together they also have a 3-year-old son Brian and an 11-year-old son Matthew. (Solomon also has a 19-year-old son from his first marriage).
Boston papers report that the newest member of the Solomon clan weighed in at 6 lbs, 12 oz and was delivered by c-section on Wednesday, May 14th, in Winchester, Massachusetts.
Meanwhile, Rapper T.I. (whose real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr.) and former Xscape member Tameka “Tiny” Cottle are also celebrating the arrival of their newest family member—-a son they named Major Harris.
According to the couple’s rep, Major was born last Friday, May 16th. He joins brother Clifford “King” Harris III, 3. Tiny also has a 12-year-old daughter, Zonnique Pullins from a previous relationship, while T.I. has sons Messiah and Domani, and daughter Deyjah.
Finally, “Grey’s Anatomy” star Brooke Smith and her husband, Russian cinematographer Steve Lubensky are getting used to being a family of four.
The couple recently welcomed their second daughter through adoption. The baby was reportedly born in Ethiopia and joins big sister Fanny, the pair’s 5-year-old daughter.
