To succeed in homeschooling, it is in your best interest to get involved with other homeschoolers. You should join a homeschool network or group near you. For this reason, I have decided to give a full listing of homeschooling groups throughout each state. Yes, there are other sites that list homeschool networks and support groups but none of are comprehensive. Some of them only list Christian, others only list those affiliated with them. NWACHEA Northwest Arkansas This support group is an active support group that serves the Rogers, Bentonville, Fayetteville and Springdale areas.
NWAHomeschool Primarily for homeschoolers in Northwest Arkansas, sharing of teaching ideas, tips, problems, accomplishments, etc.
Perry County Homeschoolers Perry County, meet every Tuesday at the Max Milam Library in Perryville for story time and have play time.
Russellville Educ. Assoc. of Christ Homeschoolers. Russellville, homeschool support group with Physical Education classes, co-op classes, field trips once or twice a month, parent meetings, various thematic clubs, play days, library and more.
The Education Alliance. Statewide. Non-profit group that provides support and information about homeschooling in Arkansas. Group tracks progress of legislation through the state legislature, and sends out e-mail alerts when action is needed.
