Italian Zucchini
3 medium zucchini; thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning; oregano, or basil
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
Heat the oven to 375 degrees. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
