When you click “like” you will be brought to a page that gives you access to a button that says “Enter Now”. When you click it, you get one of those familiar forms, that asks for your name, date of birth, address, and email address. There is space on this form that will allow you to tell Jack’s why you love Jack’s Pizza. (This part is optional, and you don’t have to fill it in). You must enter before November 30, 2011.
