That Awful Jiggle
You do not notice it until you go to wave good-bye to someone and then to your dreaded horror, you look down and see it. It is that flap of skin that jiggles back and forth on the underside of your arm. You say to yourself, “Where did that come from? I have never had that there before.” No, you probably did not, but that was before you turned 40. Although it can appear at anytime in anyone with excess weight, it is more common in the middle years of your life. That is the time when your metabolism slows down and with it, a gift that you do not want, extra baggage. It would be nice if we could lose weight exactly where we want to, but unfortunately, we cannot. We can only lose the weight and then do exercises to target specific areas.
Making It Go Away
Simply put, losing the weight is the first step in getting rid of that underarm masterpiece. You have to get under all of those layers of fat that you managed to put on yourself. The next step is to zoom in on your target zones. One of the most common areas of fat that women would just like to see disappear is the triceps area of fat, their horrific jiggle wave. When you wave, you do so with hesitation and please, do not raise your arm too high. You have figured out just how to do it so it is under control, but you have to admit, it is annoying to you. The triceps is that area that lies under the backside of your arm. It runs from about the elbow to your armpit. I have found that the most effective cure for the jiggles is the bench dips. It will take months to get rid of this, but with hard work and perseverance, along with dieting, it can be done.
