K-Fed–From Super Daddy to Sugar Daddy

The ladies love Kevin Federline’s big, fat… tips.

And why not? Britney Spears’ ex recently rewarded a cocktail waitress with a $2,000 tip on a $365 meal tab.

No word on what she did to deserve the huge bonus, but that’s fodder for another blog.

This blog is all about the Benjamins and how purported pauper Federline is making like a king with his ex-wife’s money.

Last week the Superior Court of California released K-Fed’s financial records detailing his spending habits between May 2007 and January 2008. The documents were collected in conjunction with the ongoing custody battle Federline is waging against his former popwreck of a wife.

According to the documents Federline spent more than $43,000 on Las Vegas hotels, dining and shopping sprees in less than six months. The tabs included $1,445 for clothing at Gianni Versace, $3,863 at TAO nightclub, and $3,008 at the Hard Rock Beach Club. The financial records also show that Fed-Ex is one heck of a tipper. Besides the tip for two grand that he dropped on the cocktail waitress, a credit card statement showed the father of four also left a $1,100 tip for a $2,782 bill at a Los Angeles restaurant.

Big spender also overspent when it came to managing his struggling music career. According to court documents, Federline shelled out $74,102 in “music production” expenses, but earned only $9,849 in “music income.”

To make up for his lack of common sense when it comes to all things financial, Federline asked the court to require Spears to pay for his divorce attorney’s fees. Last month Spears’ divorce attorney argued that Federline’s attorneys were overbilling, and her client should not be required to pay.

When you look at Federline’s accounting statement you see why.

Spears pays her ex-husband $15,000 per month in child support for 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James. Federline claims he uses part of that money to pay for a second mom… I mean nanny… for the boys ($1,500 per week) and business expenses, ($2,500 per month for his manager).

Ironically, Federline is mandated to pay $18,228 per month in child support, rent and private school tuition for his two children from his previous relationship with Shar Jackson. That’s more than Spears pays in child support for Sean Preston and Jayden James and is likely the reason Jackson runs to her ex’s rescue and sings like a canary in a gilded cage each time Federline is publicly criticized.
