Got lots of tomatoes from your garden?
INGREDIENTS:
4 gallons ripe tomatoes
2 large onions
5 stalks celery
2 medium green sweet peppers
3 cup granulated sugar
2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbs salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut top stem ends off of the tomatoes and peppers. Rinse all the vegetables.
2. Cook tomatoes, onions, celery and peppers together until soft and mushy.
3. Force through a food press or very fine strainer.
4. Place the strained mixture in a soup kettle and add the remaining ingredients. Boil 10 minutes.
5. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.

Cook: 40 minutes
