Key Lime Pie
There’s just no substitute for this classic.
DESSERT
5 large egg yolks
14 oz condensed milk
2/3 cup key lime juice
1 count graham crust
DIRECTIONS:
1. Beat egg yolks until pale yellow. Blend in milk and add juice, stirring until smooth.
2. Pour into pie shell. Bake in a 350 oven for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature and then chill .
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes
Serves: 8
