The Kids’ Crafts Blog is moving and is going to be added to the Family Fun Blog. From now on, you can find crafts, projects, and activities for children, along with other fun ideas for the entire family in the Family Fun Blog. Jeff Bogle and Lauri G. are the new hosts for this topic, and they have lots of great ideas.
I will be joining Jeff and Lauri to continue bringing you crafts as well as other fun stuff to do. I hope you will continue to visit me, and I think you’ll enjoy all the interesting ideas we will share. You will have three writers offering ideas instead of one, so you and your family can triple your fun!
Lauri is mom to three boys, has a master’s in gifted education, and manages a literacy program. She’s been published in several venues. She believes parenting should be fun and tries to keep it that way between her many duties and activities. She has plenty of experience to help us all keep busy and entertained.
Jeff describes his family as a “lovely redhead (his wife) and an amazing little girl” just under 3 years old. He and his lovely ladies are expecting an addition to their family in the spring. Congratulations, Jeff and family! Jeff also has lots of cool ideas, including many that are fun ways to teach kids important skills.
If you’re wondering about me, I formerly worked at a preschool, have four children, and have also been published in several venues. So, you have varied experience to draw from between the three of us, which should help keep things interesting.
Families.com welcomes these new writers and we hope you will enjoy their work. Their recent contributions include Lauri’s piece on “Christmas Tree Games” and Jeff’s article on “Everyday Math.” I know you’ll enjoy their many creative suggestions. As always, your feedback, questions, and suggestions are welcome, so please don’t hesitate to comment on articles.
