Peter Cottontail is prepping to hop down the Easter trail on Sunday, which means you have less than three days to prepare for his arrival. Forget about the traditional egg hunts and vinegar-based coloring parties; instead opt for these simple and affordable activities that will have your kids hopping with excitement:

Double-stick tape
Scissors
Directions:
Use the poster board to draw a large Easter bunny, standing on its hind legs, and holding its paws out as if it were carrying an egg.
Tape the drawing onto the wall.
Draw egg shapes on construction paper (the eggs should be as large as the space between the bunny’s paws), and then cut them out.
Decorate paper eggs with markers, crayons or stickers.
Add one piece of double-stick tape to the back of each egg.
One at a time blindfold players and give each an egg.
Spin each player around three times and have him or her try to get the egg in the bunny’s paws.
The player who gets closest to the center of the bunny’s paws wins the game.
