This week, we covered topics ranging from postpartum depression to ways to keep our youth busy over the lazy, hazy summer days. And, believe it or not, we actually had a full week of Gospel Doctrine and Relief Society lesson blogs! All in all, it’s been an interesting week!
Gospel Doctrine
In Signs of Destruction, we looked at some of the signs of the Second Coming of Jesus. In Blessings of the Elect, we talked about some of the positive blessings that we will receive when Christ returns. In Who Are the Elect?, we pondered how we might be able to receive those blessings. In Mount of Olives, we examined the setting of Christ’s discourse. In Deceiving the Elect, we discussed how we can avoid being led astray by false prophets and false Christs. And in The Faithful and Wise Servant, we discussed how we, too, can be good stewards of the Lord.
RS/EQ Lesson

In Priorities and Preparedness, we considered some things that might be keeping us from following the counsel of the prophets. In How Does Your Garden Grow, we talked about the role of gardening in food storage preparation. In It’s Off to Work I Go, we examined the blessings of hard work for our children. And in Going Without, we considered how delayed gratification can help our finances.
