Lemon Crumb Spinach
Excellent with steak!
INGREDIENTS:
3 boxes frozen spinach
5 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 pinch salt and pepper
6 tbs coarse bread crumbs
1 tsp lemon rind
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook spinach according to package directions, then drain.
2. Melt 2 tbs butter in skillet, blend in flour and cook until brown. Add spinach.
3. Melt 3 tbs butter in a microwaveable bowl. Stir in crumbs, salt and pepper. Add lemon rind.
4. Sprinkle over spinach and serve.

Cook: 15 minutes
