Lemon Flounder

Lemon Flounder
Spice up your diet routine by swapping out some chicken and adding fish. This dish is only 2 Weight Watchers points per serving.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Flounder Fillets
1 tbs Butter or margarine, melted
4 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
1/8 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper
1/8 tsp Rosemary

DIRECTIONS:
1. preheat to 350ยบ F.
2. Combine all ingredients except for flounder in a bowl and mix well.
3. Place fish in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour the butter seasoning mixture evenly over the fish. Bake for 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.

Cook: 25 minutes
