Lime Ginger Shrimp
A great “date-night” eat-in meal for two! Put the kids to bed early and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium lime, juice of
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, grated or crushed
1 tbs chili oil
1 lb tiger shrimp in shells, deveined
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix lime juice, ginger and garlic, then pour mixture over shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oil in skillet over medium heat.
3. Pour shrimp and marinade into pan and saute for 5-10 minutes, until sauce thickens.
Prep: 35 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
